I mean….hehe this track is smoooooth. I was geeeeeking because I was manifesting having a Chef's Plate session! IYKYK. I won't even go into too much detail on that one cuz it ain't my past just something I thought was soooo dope. Listening to these guys growing up! Turns out I knew about Junia-T before we met, but back then for me it was like, my homies project and his friend lolol. I've known Lord Quest since I was like 16. We both can't believe I'm here doing music now! wild. I was a superfan of him and K-Riz, and Raz, Illistic, etc. the brampton crew lol. Anyway, this song, yes, ok so I remember this was late 2020 and I'd be writing and I look up and these 2 (quest and junez) are just on diff instruments. Q was messing around on this like 3 or 4 level keyboard thing and junez be on the laptop, or junez be on drums and Q be on the laptop. It was a doooope sesh. I walked away with just the first verse unfortunately but that was the vibe and we ok with that! I really wanted the homie ice on it, she meditated on it for a very short while and came back mimicking the last 4 bar of my verse! cuz i repeated it for some reason and when she layered that and then repeated it at the end of her verse i was like oh fuck yes. it's littttttt. And she understood the assignment, situationships. ugh. am i right? lolol. So then i was thinking, hmm do we repeat what she layered as a hook at the end of the 3rd verse? we were like nawwww. it actually flows nice with that abrupt ending cuz i still match the same energy by repeating 4 bars in the same sorta flow. it's a nice wrap up. the format of this song is NO FORMAT. and i couldnt' be happier to showcase my random brain on a track hehe. One of my faves on the album for sure. fun fact: I'm pretty sure this is the only song that has the words “It's All Love” in the lyrics hehe. 

and thennnnnn in jan 2024 when I flew up to mix the record with junez, Danny DePoe came through the studio randomly to say hi to Junez, we got introduced and he was excited about these new mutes he just picked up and he was on his way home to test them out, Junez was like, well we're working on this track if you'd love to test it out in the booth. and boom, in one take he did this beautiful freestyle horn throughout. 
 

Track 10 is It's All Love because…situationships..amirite?!?! lololol. This is more of a, it's all love but dueces kinda vibe hehe
